British media Metro reported that snooker star Robertson confessed the secret of the 75 Three Jacks to maintain a long winning streak. Robertson said that O’Sullivan, Higgins and Williams can always detect the opponent’s weaknesses, and can get the victory when they are not in good condition.
The 75 Three have remained at a superb level this season, with O’Sullivan getting five ranking titles and heading for his eighth World Championship title. Mark Williams, on the other hand, beat O’Sullivan in the just-concluded Snooker Tour Championship, bearing in mind that the golden left-hander was in China for a Chinese Black 8 billiards tournament a week ago.
As a representative of snooker’s post-80s generation, Australian musketeer Robertson was also full of praise when he talked about the three big brothers. Robertson said: “O’Sullivan often mentioned this reason, I think it actually has a very deep truth. No matter what tournament we play in, we have to find the key to really achieve victory. Even when conditions and form are bad, you have to find the way to win.”
“Those three guys always have an amazing ability to win games, even when they’re not playing particularly well. All three of them have always been very good at winning matches, winning tie-breaks, posting up to clean up difficult situations and always forcing out the opponent’s weaknesses. O’Sullivan has always been at the top of his game, Higgins and Williams’ form has been up and down at times, but they all have a killer instinct and can keenly sense their opponents’ weaknesses.” Robertson analyzed.
Robertson concluded, “This 75 trio is fantastic, having played for so long and won all the titles, it’s really remarkable to be honest.” The Metro analyzed that O’Sullivan is the biggest favorite for the World Championship title, Williams has shown that he can go for the 4th World Championship title, and Higgins is not in as good a shape as those two, but no one wants to run into him early.
